I am 31 weeks today!
This is a very emotional week for me because this is when Cliff was born.
It is so overwhelming because I know Hollis is not ready and my heart breaks all over again thinking about Cliff’s birth and how he struggled to survive.
On a lighter note,
I took my Glucose test and PASSED!
Wahooo!
(I have never had any issues with gestational diabetes… but that test makes me nervous every time I take it!)
{29 weeks 3 days}
I was super excited to receive the little “H” charm to add to my necklace for Hollis!
(These charms are made by Waxing Poetic if you are interested)
{29 weeks 5 days}
And the nursery is almost finished!
(YAY!!!)
Hollis is definitely growing.
She moves A LOT and seems to be very busy in there!
I am having lots of braxton hicks contractions (I hope that’s what they are…) that seem to get REALLY intense in the late afternoons when I am tired.
My back is KILLING me because my belly is so big this time around, but despite the discomfort, I am loving every second of it!
My cousin came down to the beach with her little girl and her baby bump!
We are due 11 days apart!
How much fun is that?!
{30 weeks}
Oh yea,
and my feet are disappearing…
It is also becoming super difficult to paint my toes!
(Guess that means I’ll have to get pedicures for a while… darn!)
{30 weeks 2 days}
Seriously,
despite the heartburn, needing to potty every 5 seconds, round ligament pain and back issues, I am pretty sure I am ADDICTED to being pregnant!
(… Maybe Ross will want more… Ha!… but there’s always hope, right?!)
{30 weeks}
We are so thankful that Hollis is doing so well!
Next week I begin twice weekly Biophysical Profiles (BPP) as well as non stress tests to make sure that Hollis is doing well.
These twice weekly appointments will continue until Hollis is born, so get ready for ultrasound pictures galore for the next 7 weeks or so!
Thank you all for your continued prayers – they are really helping!
God is soooooo good!

You are adorable… totally rockin’ the ‘kini picture! And, the picture of your little toes sticking out was so cute. Hope everything continues to go well for you.
The link to Cliff’s Birth story is missing a y in Johnny. Thanks for the miraculous post.
You look amazing! I hope ya’ll are enjoying the beach!
Glad you passed your glucose test – they make me a little nervous too. Enjoy the rest of the pregnancy – the little moves, hiccups, and even the kicks. My little bundle arrived just over a week ago – and I miss all the inside goings on, but love that I’m now getting to know the little guy!
