Last week, Cliff’s PT who has been with us for 3 1/2 years had her last visit with Cliff. Ann came into our lives when Cliff was a tiny little preemie who was showing signs of developmental delays. She was right there with us when we received the diagnosis of CP, she has been there to listen to me as a mother of a special needs child.
She has seen our struggles to cope with Cliff’s disability.
She celebrated with us when Cliff lifted his head for the first time, open his hand to grab toy, rolled over, sat up, stood in his walker for the first time, took his first steps.
The next day after we got home from St. Louis, Ann was at our house, teaching Cliff how to use his “new legs.”
Ann has been there for us through tears, laughter, anger, frustration, triumphs.
She has talked us through the tough times and celebrated with us through the good times.
Ann is a member of our family.
There are no words that can ever convey how thankful we are for her hard work and determination for Cliff.
If it weren’t for Ann coming to our home at least twice a week (and everyday after the surgery) for the last 3 1/2 years, Cliff would not be where he is today.
THANK YOU ANN!
Cliff begins the Conductive Education School Year Session 6 hours a day, 5 days a week at The Therapy Place in the morning.
We are so excited for this new chapter in Cliff’s life.
The Boy is growing up and is ready to be more independent, which means he is ready to begin receiving some of his therapies outside of the home (mainly without me hovering over him…)!
Now we want to show you Cliff’s latest trick:
Almost there….
Yep.
Cliff now pulls to stand at the baby gate ALL BY HIMSELF!!!
The look of accomplishment on his sweet little face is priceless.
This kid is AMAZING!
It is so wonderful witnessing God perform miracles right before our eyes.
Please put Cliff is your prayers as he begins this intense program.
Thank you so much for your support!
It means so much to all of us!
“He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted.”

I remember what it was like when we stopped having home therapy – bittersweet! And those therapists become like a member of your family! I saw them more than friends those first few years.
Cliff looks great. The look of pride of his face reminds me so much of the look I see on Noah's when he accomplishes something!
What a Great Smile!! We will keep you all in our Prayers!!

So through pinterest I saw your wall of colorfully framed art, then i started reading your blog. I immediately was touched by your little boy and your writing and how cute he is! Then as I scrolled I realized, I know you!! Hey! Its Tara, Davon's wife, I knew you through Danny Aubert years ago. I remember meeting your little man at Dylans birthday party. I am glad to see that he is doing so well. I am glad that I "ran into you" again. I will follow your blog and keep you in my prayers!
What a cutie!
What a sweetheart he is, Natalie!
How awesome it is that he has made such great progress, too!
