Make sure you stitch one end of each ruffle down 1/4 inch to create a nice edge. (This side will be the side you want to be on the outside - how many times can I say "side" in one sentence?!)
Put a line of hot glue down the center of the koozie and stick the larger ruffle right on.
Keep gluing and sticking until you reach the neat finished edge.
Then I added a line of hot glue around the top and bottom edges of the koozie (where the ruffle will cover the glue up).
Press the ruffle into the hot glue so it is not all crazy and sticking out everywhere!
Now add the thinner ruffle on top of the larger ruffle. I put the hot glue directly onto the center of the larger ruffle and pressed the thinner ruffle into place, exactly like I did for the larger ruffle.
I tied a piece of green twine around the center of the ruffles and added a few dabs of hot glue to keep it in place and...
I now have another super cute, unique koozie!
